Tanya Holtham

I’m a qualified CPA with over 18 years experience in public practice. I have been extremely fortunate to have worked with a wide variety of clients and industries enabling me to develop extensive knowledge in varying sectors, whiles developing close relationships to ensure an understanding of my clients business and personal goals.

I enjoy working with clients to identify efficiencies and opportunities for growth and development, whilst enabling them to have a better work life balance. I am always looking to minimise asset risk and ensure my clients are continually thinking about their future and helping to implement their succession plan.

I enjoy all aspects of my position but the most rewarding part is building relationships and getting to know each of my clients on a more individual basis.

Description of role

Tanya’s extensive knowledge in a wide range of industries, complex sturctures and reporting requirements including general purpose accounts, ensures we are able to offer additional services to our clients that some small firms may not have the expertise to do.

Tanya is always looking at ways to improve her skillset and knowledge, which she enjoys teaching forward her knowledge to her peers and clients. Tanya enjoys developing strong relationship with her clients, assisting them to create efficiencies and growth within their business.

Tanya enjoys using a proactive approach and encourages her clients and peers to think outside the box and consider future plans, succession planning and retirement.

 

Personal interests

Tanya enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her two children. She is a mad AFL and netball fan, playing AFL herself,  coaching her daughters teams in both sports and supporting her children’s AFL teams.  Tanya is also involved in the clubs administration, umpiring netball and having acted in the role of treasurer for her local netball association.
